What do we do?
We meet at 10.30am on the 4th Monday of each month at St Anne’s Church Hall for a coffee morning, to socialise and get information about U3A activities and other matters of interest.
We publish a bi-monthly newsletter and receive a quarterly newsletter from the Third Age Trust which keeps us informed about what other U3As around the country are doing, and of services and facilities offered by the Trust. There is also ‘Sources’ which gives ideas about studying various topics.
At the monthly coffee mornings lists of groups are displayed, with the names and phone numbers of the co-ordinators, and space to put your name down if you are interested in joining.
If you cannot find a group that caters for your particular interests consider setting one up . You would be given help and advice by the committee and groups co-ordinator.
