What experience level is this aimed at?

Is this going to be a basic "how do I run a blog?", or aimed at traching someone to administer a drupal website, what minimum experience is required?

Basic level course

This is a basic level course; at the end of the one day session you will be able to create and maintain your own blog using the Drupal content management system.  You will also have a basic understanding how a content management system works and be able to carry out basic admin tasks such as changing website content and creating new content. uploading images to an image gallery and including images on webpages.
